Features

The Flexipan® is a silicone and fibre glass combination mould suitable for the food contact. This material combination gives to the piece solidity and an extraordinary durability, allied with exceptional non-stick properties either for cooking and freezing. The Flexipan® does not require to be lubricated since their composition and flexibility allow an easy and fast release from the mould. According to the use and the maintenance, the Flexipan®, enable us to use them between 2000 and 3000 times before the first signs of sticking arise. The FLEXIPAN can be used to bake (+280ºC) or freeze (-40ºC) the most sweet and savoury products.
